On Board Courier

A dedicated courier travels with the shipment, hand-carried from pickup to delivery.

A dedicated courier flies with the shipment on a commercial flight, carrying it as accompanied baggage from pickup to delivery. The shipment never leaves the courier’s custody and never enters standard cargo handling.

When it’s the right call:

An AOG part where the aircraft is grounded until it arrives.
Clinical or biological samples with a narrow viability window.
A prototype or unreleased product that can’t be exposed to standard cargo handling or customs holds.
High-value or irreplaceable items — legal documents, specialized components, sensitive materials — where chain-of-custody matters more than the cost of a dedicated courier.
